Dr. Omar AlHussainan, PhD, Managing Partner
Dr. AlHussainan holds a Doctorate (PhD) in Applied Economics and Finance. He is an Assistant Professor of Economics and Finance. Research and publication in Economics, Finance and Islamic Banking. Earned a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) in Islamic Banking and Finance. Moreover, a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting. In addition, many certified accounting, finance and Islamic awards. He is a current member at the Centre for Applied Financial Studies (CAFS) research group and Kuwait Economic Association. Dr. AlHussainan has interest in Economical aspects of financial Institutions. In addition, he is specialized in the field of SME’s (small-medium enterprises), corporate finance and Islamic finance. He spent many years throughout his graduate programs publishing in many respected journals and researching in the field of regulations, ownership structure, feasibility studies, capital adequacy, risk assessment and Islamic finance. Which is currently an important field in the State of Kuwait for the financial and banking industry.
Mr. Ahmed Ben Awadh, Partner
Mr. A. Ben Awadh holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting. He is a specialist and expert within the field of investment, performance evaluation and risk assessment. He has multiple experiences within the fields of corporate finance, banking, investment, performance evaluation, accounting and mainly portfolio management. Mr. Ben Awadh, an entrepreneur who manages many lines of businesses from franchises to SME’s (small-medium enterprises), that he owns. Moreover, he spent many years in the fields of risk management, capital affairs and investment.
Miss. Noor AlSadoun, Marketing Partner (B2C)
Miss. N. AlSadoun, a Marketing expert that holds a Master of Science (MSc) in International Marketing and Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing. She worked in many fields (private/public) and presently holds a managerial position at a Real Estate Asset Management in correlation to a Cultural Centre. Her specialization is small-medium enterprises (SME’s) marketing, corporate marketing, campaign supervisor, operational supervisor in relation to public/private marketing, business to client marketer and online plus social media developer.
Mr. Athbi AlKandari, Legal Adviser
Mr. AlKandari holds a Bachelor of Law (LLB). He is currently a lawyer in a Kuwaiti law firm and he is a partner. He is an experienced business lawyer and through BINAN he provides expert advice on every facet for businesses/SME's, covering everything from business compliance through to intellectual property advice, legal disputes and liability.
Mr. Saud AlSubaie, CFA, Finance Partner
Mr. S. AlSubaie, is a CFA Charterholder, and holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance, a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering. He is currently Deputy Head of Sales and Credit in the private sector, and has previously held positions in the Investment Banking and Private Equity departments at investment firms. His specialization is in corporate finance, investment valuation, financial analysis, and credit risk. Furthermore, he lectures financial related modules plus CFA interrelated notions.
Miss. Rawan AlOthman, Marketing Partner (B2B)
Miss. R. AlOthman, a Marketing expert that holds various degrees, awards and certificates in Business Administration/Marketing. Her knowledge revolves around the small-medium enterprises (SME’s). In addition, she specializes in providing SME’s/entrepreneurs communication skills, leadership skills, sales boosting, investment approaches, aids start-ups to establish their businesses, enables self-management abilities and social media innovator.
Dr. Hussain Rammal, Business Adviser
Hussain Rammal is senior lecturer in International Business Strategy at UTS Business School. Prior to joining UTS, Hussain held positions at the University of Adelaide and the University of South Australia. He has also held visiting positions at University of Aberdeen Business School in Scotland, and Aalto University in Finland. Hussain is an active member of many academic and professional bodies.
